French Club Cheese Tasting!

French Club was another great success on Friday, thanks to all the students and parents who brought in cheese, crackers, baguette, and French beverages to share.  After building up an appetite while watching two short videos about French cheese, Mr. Ballan stopped in and shared his fond memories of sampling French cheese with a family in France.  Then it was time to eat - and eat we did!  Brie, Camembert, Gruyère, Emmentaler, Bleu, Chèvre, and Boursin, along with fresh baguette, crackers, limonade, and Orangina!
