Today we welcomed Professor Ndiaye and his wife to Maple Avenue to share the culture, history, and cuisine of Sénégal.  Thank you to everyone who brought in food to share, and thank you to everyone for being such good listeners and asking such excellent questions.  We were very fortunate to have this opportunity!
