Bûches de Noël, etc.
Students had the opportunity to make a bûche de Noël (yule log), French Hanukkah cake or bread. On Wednesday, students shared their culinary creations with the class on Zoom. Students had a great time discussing their experience making them and giving each other some positive feedback on a job well done. Some students were inspired to try their hand at it over break!

This bûche de Noël was garnished with rosemary and pomegranate seeds!
White frosting gives the look of a birch tree or a log covered in snow!
