Bûches de Noël, etc.
Students had the opportunity to make a bûche de Noël (yule log), French Hanukkah cake or bread. On Wednesday, students shared their culinary creations with the class on Zoom. Students had a great time discussing their experience making them and giving each other some positive feedback on a job well done. Some students were inspired to try their hand at it over break! I will update this page as new photos are sent to me! This bûche de Noël was garnished with rosemary and pomegranate seeds! Powdered sugar gives that snowy effect!
