Today in class we celebrated Mardi Gras and Carnaval.  Students brought in Mardi Gras dishes from Louisiana and wore masks they decorated! Delicious beignets. Quiche Lorraine What a creative mask! Today we enjoyed crêpes in class in celebration of Chandeleur, the French version of Groundhog Day.  Here are some pictures from the event!
